Learn. Build. Measure.
We learn first.

We learn about people, technology, process, the change and the outcome we're striving toward. This is often referred to as the 'as is', 'to be' and the gap we're leaping over. Listening, researching and discussing are all at the core of this first phase as we discover and turn ideas into action.

We build early; prototypes are always welcome, even if it's a good old fashioned pen and paper drawing. Visualising enables in depth discussion and gives additional clarity to feedback. It also enables us to show the journey we've been on and tell the story behind the decisions we make.

We measure; comparing how the solution is being used and what people are saying about it with our expectations. The output from the measures then loop back into the learn phase as we start our next iteration of Learn > Build > Measure.

This cycle enables us to adapt whilst keeping the focus on people, outcome and building into the larger change picture.
You will likely have heard of similar approaches through Design Thinking, Agile and other methodologies. We're experienced in many forms of change delivery (including those listed) and we are solution agnostic. We recognise what works for one doesn't work for all.
